About Me

Well hello there!

Nice to e-meet you! I’m Rachel. An 8 to 5 keeper of work who pays my bills monthly, washes my dishes nightly, and scrambles to get to the desk in the morning after hitting my snooze button more times than I’m willing to admit.. who completely fell in love with Disney!

Oh I have no doubt there was some magical moment as a little girl, when I made a very determined decision to forever be a loyal Disney enthusiast – a moment that undoubtedly included Snow White and her seven smallish companions. Although I can no longer place that particular moment in my history, the memory logs between then and now show a robust collection of ruthless Disney Scene-It family competitions, Wonderful World of Disney movie nights, and cross-country road trips playing a never-ending round of my dad’s invented game, “Place that Disney Quote”.

What started as a spark from childhood magic, grew into a respect and admiration for the company that bakes joy from scratch and has a place for everyone at the dinner table. Which brings us here, to imaginedisney, a blog welcoming fans into that magic by sharing the imaginations, innovations and impacts of the Walt Disney Company that inspire bits of joy, every day.

So welcome to the family! Make yourself at home, mi casa es su casa! I look forward to meeting each of you and growing in our love of all things Disney together!
